ClickHouse adapter for dbt v2 and ClickHouse in dbt Platform

You can now run dbt against ClickHouse on the new Rust-based Core v2 engine with the dbt v2 adapter, available in public beta. ClickHouse is also available as a connection in dbt Platform (Studio, jobs, and environments) for the first time,
